When is my order shipped?

Please allow 5 - 14 days for your order to be shipped. I'm just one gal with a full time job running this shop so the shipping time will depend on the number of orders I receive. Thank you for your patience!

What is the estimated shipping time?

The average shipping time:
Lithuania: 2-3 working days
EU: 6 -13 working days
US: 15 working days
Australia: 20 working days

How do you ship my order?

All orders will be shipped with Lithuanian Postal Service and will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.

To cancel your order email me at: shop@darktarou.net with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at: shop@darktarou.net . You will then need to return undamaged goods to receive a full refund. Note that you will have to cover the shipment of the return. If the goods were damaged in any way email me shop@darktarou.net so I can review the situation and find the best solution for what happened.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

My country is not on the shipping list!

What happens if I order an item that happens to be out of stock?

I try to keep good track of my inventory but I'm human so can miscalculate things. If this happens and an item you have ordered is out of stock, I will email you about a possible exchange for a different item of similar value or a full refund of that item.

Where is my package?

Every order comes with a tracking number that is emailed to you once the order is shipped. You can track your package by going to https://www.post.lt/. Once you see the package entering your country and there are any delays, please contact your country's postal service. I've no control over any shipping delays and won't be able to help you with resolving them.

I forgot to pick up my parcel and it got returned. What do I do?

Shoot me a message at: shop@darktarou.net. I will be able to ship the package again but you will have to pay for the postage.
